Happiness is Found In The Bellies Of Buddha & Santa

" My soul dances with the the rhythm of love, my heart dances with the rhythm of my soul, my body dances with the rhythm of the universe. "
 - OJO -

How amazing it is that love and creation are movements in the dance of life.  Over this season of sharing comes many opportunities to spend in moments of love, whether it be family, friends, lovers or complete strangers.  We create it everywhere we go and with everyone we connect to.  During these days we enjoy all that is offered and given, the food & laughter are abundant in all ways.  And oh how the belly grows!

Thinking of who we of the West most associate with joy, laughter, a round belly and love..... Santa - and of the East....Buddha!  How appropriate it is to put the two together at this time of the year, to combine the essence of what giving is in all its forms.  And as each also convey to us the message of these virtues there is the sense of freedom and rebellion, to stand up for who and what we are.  Neither are exactly 'normal' in any sense of the word.

It's so pure and easy to live in this frame of mind...to be Buddha or to be Santa, to simply live each day with these traits in our hearts. There are of course times we cry, we mourn, we release fears and we come back to the belly of happiness. We remember that our freedom is within the heart.  We come back to the moment of Love....the womb of all creation.

So go and create, the world, the dance of life, the love and laughter you desire.....and do it full throttle!

Happy Season of Love & Light!!!!

Mona Lisa & Buddha - Into The Wind

"Living in love....what does that mean?
Riding into the moments of joy I find my heart, my soul, my love of all becomes clear.
There are no boundaries of love and fear.
I am free to be the me I was incarnated to be, and love in all mannerisms.                                                                                         My world is bliss, my universe is euphoric and my soul is love."

What if Buddha picked up Mona Lisa?

Maybe her smile is just that.....enlightenment?  She does have the look of bliss, does she not?  We have pondered her smile since its creation on canvas, questioning what she was thinking or seeing or feeling - what does it mean?

As I came across this great photo of Mona Lisa I couldn't help but see the bliss factor in her smile....and the same smile instantly came to me as I was in such an intense relation to the symbols that moved my soul into a very deep and happy space within.  A time line of being in oneness with the moment.

And then a crazy visual flash of her hooked up with a large bellied buddha man, brought a moment of laughter in more ways than one! I could see them riding around together on a harley, laughing and being in each others arms, spreading love to everyone they came across....and suddenly the smile made even more sense.

The smile of love!

Love On Everyone.....smiling is a Universal language!
